Guests visiting Disneyland Park next week have some exciting news to look forward to. The park will be much easier to navigate as the path between New Orleans Square and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will reopen on August 19. That same day, Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes will reopen. While the entire restaurant will not reopen that day, guests will also be able to use the restrooms in the basement of the Hungry Bear restaurant.

These areas, as well as Critter Country, have been closed while construction continues on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and The Haunted Mansion queue and gift shop. At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, we learned that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open on November 15, 2024, and Critter Country will be called Bayou Country when it reopens.

It was also announced that Jungle Cruise will be closed on September 16th for standard refurbishment. Since the attraction calendar only runs until September 26th, we do not have an exact reopening date at this time. However, the attraction is expected to be closed for approximately three weeks.

The second most visited theme park of 2023 is constantly evolving. In addition to the reopenings and closures mentioned above, “it’s a small world” will be closed several times next year so that the attraction can be maintained.

Are you excited for Disneyland’s reopening, which is set to begin next week? Let us know in the comments.
