We all remember Dudley Dursley, Harry Potter’s spoiled cousin who loved good food and generous birthday presents.

Young actor Harry Melling brought the character to life for the film series, mostly alongside the sorcerer’s apprentice played by Daniel Radcliffe.

But now he’s all grown up and looks completely different, as shown in the following picture he posted on Twitter.

Here he is enjoying a leisurely lunch and as you will see, Dudley is now a strong fellow.

Acting is in the 26-year-old star’s blood… He is the grandson of Patrick Troughton, the second Doctor from “Doctor Who”, and nephew of actors Michael and David Troughton.

He was just ten years old when he landed the role in the first Harry Potter film and played Dudley in five films.

Since Dudley did not appear in the sixth film, producers were shocked by his enormous weight loss when he returned for the seventh film, having lost nearly 35 pounds.

But instead of recasting the role, they “bloated” him so he could play it one last time.

After his Potter days, he studied at LAMDA and played the leading role in the BBC series “Merlin”, the television series “Just William”, the legal drama “Garrow’s Law” and several short films.

In the meantime, earlier this year he wrote and starred in his debut play, Peddling, in East London, which earned him rave reviews.

This is not the first time that the Internet has noticed that the stars of the Potter films have now grown up.

There was great consternation when images of Matthew Lewis, who played the nerd Neville Longbottom in the films, showed a spectacular sculpture.

During a shoot for Attitude magazine, the star of the BBC series “Bluestone 42” took off a pair of skimpy Armani briefs, even prompting JK Rowling to comment on it.

“Not as bad as seeing Dan in Equus, but almost. Warn me next time for god’s sake,” she tweeted, referring to Daniel Radcliffe’s nude performance in the West End play “Equus.”

Meanwhile, pictures of Afshan Azad also surfaced last month. She played Padma Patil in the films and is now 26.
