Brittany Mahomes shared a tender moment on Instagram with her three-year-old daughter Sterling, who is feeling the chill of the changing seasons.
On Tuesday, August 13, the 28-year-old former soccer star posted a cuddle-filled video with the caption, “Awesome cuddles 😭😭, this change in weather is really getting to my girl 😩.”
This is not the first health challenge the little one has faced this year. In May, Brittany revealed that Sterling was battling a stubborn stomach virus. “Day four of being sick for my little darling. Some stomach virus that just won’t go away,” she wrote under a photo of the two of them snuggling up sleepily.
Despite this challenge, the toddler showed resilience and recovered quickly enough to ask for a dip in the pool – a moment the mother of two captured and shared on her Instagram story, writing: “Who says a dip in the pool can’t solve the problem.”
Sharing the beautiful and difficult moments of their lives publicly is nothing new for the Mahomes family. Brittany – who also has 20-month-old son Bronze with Patrick Mahomes – frequently posts family snaps on social media. On Friday, July 12, the couple announced in a joint Instagram Reels that they are expecting their third baby together.
In February, the gang celebrated the 28-year-old NFL champion who led the Kansas City Chiefs to a Super Bowl victory. “It means the world to me that (they’re here),” Patrick said of his family after defeating the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime. “Brittany is a great wife with two great kids. I couldn’t ask for anything better.”
