PetScreening named to Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for 2024

Ranking underlines the company’s explosive growth and influence on the rental housing market

CHARLOTTE, NC, 14 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ — PetScreening, the company that provides the first and leading free pet policy management software to owners and managers in the rental housing industry, today announced that it has been named to the 2024 Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. This is the third consecutive year that PetScreening has appeared on the list.

PetScreening was ranked 586th on the list, which ranks companies by their revenue growth rate from 2020 to 2023. The company reported revenue growth of 773% during this period. PetScreening ranked 63rd among software companies, 18th in North Carolina and No. 11 in the larger CharlotteUnityGastonia Range of North Carolina And South Carolina.

“We are truly honored to be on the Inc. 5000 list for the third year in a row while also ranking highly among the fastest-growing companies in our immediate area,” said John BradfordFounder and CEO of PetScreening. “This recognition reflects both our long-term employees and our new hires, each of whom has helped fuel our growth and continue to enhance our unique solution for the rental housing industry. It is our mission to stay on an upward trajectory and continue to add forward-thinking features to our unique platform.”

Through the PetScreening platform, prospective renters enter information about their pets, and the platform weighs various pet-related factors, including a community’s specific restrictions such as breed, weight, and age. This provides property owners with a streamlined process to comprehensively assess the risk posed by a specific pet and a specific pet owner seeking to live in a rental property.

The individual pet assessment is a great help for properties that want to forego standard restrictions and instead adopt forward-looking policies preferred by today’s residents. PetScreening also utilizes a team of experts to efficiently screen requests for appropriate accommodations for service animals for property teams.

“Being named to the Inc. 5000 for the third year in a row underscores the impact our platform has had on the multifamily housing industry and the entire rental housing sector,” said David StunjaChief Operating Officer at PetScreening. “We will always seek feedback from our customers who use PetScreening and those who are considering it so that we can continue to build on our powerful solution that helps promote a pet-friendly and animal-friendly environment. Such recognition is humbling and encourages us to continue to innovate.”
