Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are “still together” – but need some time to “work things out.”
The 37-year-old “Transformers” actress, who has children Noah (11), Bodhi (10) and Journey (7) with her ex-husband Brain Austin Green, recently confirmed on the podcast “Call Her Daddy” that reports that she and the 33-year-old rapper had broken off their engagement at some point were “accurate.”
And even though she and MGK – whose real name is Colson Baker – are living apart and going through ups and downs, they still hope to get their relationship back on track.
A source told ET: “Megan and MGK’s relationship is a time of ups and downs. Right now they are taking some space, but that could easily change.”
“They are still together as a couple and are trying to work things out. MGK is very much in love with Megan, so he does his best to make her happy and lets her take the lead.”
The source added Brian’s reaction to the candid interview: “Brian is not bothered by Megan’s comments about him on Call Her Daddy. Brian’s priority with Megan is that she is a good mother to their children and has a healthy co-parenting relationship with her,” the source says. Green and Fox have three boys together.”
The 50-year-old star of “Beverly Hills, 90210” is now dating 38-year-old “Dancing With the Stars” pro Sharna Burgess, with whom he welcomed a son named Zane in 2022.
The insider added that the actor “is happy and enjoying his relationship with Sharna. He is at peace in this relationship and Sharna provides him with security and stability, which he loves and appreciates.”
Megan said on the podcast, “At this point, I have no comment on the status of the relationship per se. What I can say is that he is what I call my ‘twin soul.’ There will always be a connection with him, no matter what. I can’t say for sure how big the connection will be, but I will always be connected to him in some way.”
“I don’t want to go into further details, but all the things you said actually happened.”
Megan and MGK – who has 14-year-old daughter Casie with ex-wife Emma Cannon – have been together since 2020 and got engaged in 2022. Over the years, they have had their ups and downs, including a devastating miscarriage.
The “Jennifer’s Body” star sparked breakup rumors in February 2023 after she deleted most of her photos with MGK from her social media and unfollowed him, while also sharing captions about “dishonesty.”
She was also seen without her engagement ring at the time and a source claimed she and MGK had a “major fight” that was much “more serious” than previous issues.
