Brand new Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions trailer has been released and offers a preview of the Triwizard School grounds included in the game. This is the first time that the school grounds have been adapted at all.

What’s in the new trailer for “Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions”?

The new trailer takes players on a video tour of the Triwizard Schools, including a look at the Quidditch pitches at Beauxbatons Academy and Durmstrang Institute. These schools have been mentioned throughout the Harry Potter universe, but this is the first time they’ve been adapted. In the game, players play through the Triwizard Quidditch Cup and can represent different schools.

The release date for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is September 3, 2024 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Warner Bros. also confirmed that the game will retail for $29.99. However, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to play the new Harry Potter game on day one at no additional cost.

“Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions features iconic locations, characters and references from the Wizarding World that fans will love, and showcases the thrill of flying through legendary arenas in a variety of modes as a Beater, Chaser, Keeper or Seeker,” the game’s description reads. “From backyard battles in the Weasley Den to high-stakes showdowns at the Quidditch World Cup, players will fly into legendary arenas and play as – or against – iconic characters such as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and many other signature characters.”
