MUMBAI: Awara Paagal Deewana is one of the most iconic Hindi comedy films that no Hindi audience should miss. The film was released in June 2002 and directed by Vikram Bhatt, it starred Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Aftab Shivdasani, Johnny Lever and Suniel Shetty in the male lead roles and Amrita Arora, Preeti Jhangiani, Aarti Chhabria and Supriya Pilgaonkar in the female lead roles. Om Puri and Rahul Dev also worked in this great comedy action film.
The film is always entertaining and a great choice for many Hindi film lovers. Even today, the comedy seems fresh enough to lift our spirits. However, Hindi comedy fans are always ready to go the extra mile and make something interesting and funny.

We came across a section where fans discuss some strange notions of film concepts and one that caught our attention was the characters of Hera Pheri in the story of Awara Paagal Deewana. Yes, it sounds unusual but let’s see what the fans have to discuss below:
Niraj Bagh – So, I was thinking that what if we bring in Babu Rao, Shyam and Raju in Awara Paagal Deewana? I mean, the characters fit the story as in the second part too, they are trying to get diamonds.
Gargi Utpal – It fits and I can already see myself laughing at the scenes with Suniel Shetty and Amruta Arora where Amrita Arora, instead of chasing Suniel Shetty, tries to run away from him because he won’t stop with his ‘Anuradha’ claims.
Farhan Khan – It would be hilarious to see the rude and direct Babu Rao becoming the father-in-law of Anmol, played by Aftab Shivdasani. Babu Rao would rebel so much against his wife.
Yesha Sagar – Akshay Kumar’s role as Raju would suit APD well and although he cannot do action like Guru Gulab, it will be interesting to see him win with his comedy.
