The Ravens have announced that they are signing RB John Kelly after his contract was recently terminated by the Browns.

Kelly, 27, was selected in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Rams. He signed a four-year, $2.6 million contract and made Los Angeles’ active roster in his rookie season.
Kelly was one of the Rams’ last roster cuts in 2019 and spent time on the Los Angeles practice squad before being promoted. He was one of the last roster cuts in 2020 before being signed to the Browns’ practice squad.
He signed a new contract with Cleveland for 2021 and returned to the practice squad after being cut from the preseason roster. The Browns released Kelly and re-signed him to the practice squad. The Browns recently terminated his contract after their first preseason game.
In 2021, Kelly appeared in four games for the Browns, running twice for 13 yards. He appeared in one game for the team in 2022 but did not record any statistics.
