“Avatar 4” and “5” get a great update from James Cameron

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, he said: James Cameron presented a status report on Avatar4 And 5whose release is currently scheduled for 2029 and 2031. This news comes days after Avatar3 received a big update at D23 when it was announced that the title of the film would be Avatar: Fire and Ashesand one of the new characters would appear in the next three Avatar Movies. There were recent rumors that Avatar3Cameron would pass the directing torch to another filmmaker. However, The Hollywood Reporter asked him about it and whether he still had plans to direct Avatar4 And 5to which he replied:

“Sure. Absolutely. I mean, they’re going to have to stop me. I’ve got tons of energy and I love what I do. Why wouldn’t I do it? And the stories are written, by the way. I re-read them both about a month ago. They’re great stories. They need to be done. Look, if I get hit by a bus and I’m in an iron lung, someone else will do it.”

Provided Cameron remains healthy, it is safe to assume that he will be the one to Avatar franchise to the end.
