Mariah put on a glamorous display in a sleek cream ensemble as she prepared to headline the Summer Gala at the luxurious Cala di Volpe Hotel on August 13. Her daughter Monroe sported a casual yet trendy outfit with an oversized tie-dye sweatshirt and shorts, while her son Moroccan kept it cool with a printed T-shirt and denim shorts.

This Sardinia performance comes shortly after Mariah announced her highly anticipated Christmas tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of her timeless Christmas album, All I Want For Christmas Is You. The tour, which will hit 20 cities from early November to mid-December, promises to spread Christmas cheer across the country as fans old and new come together to see the Queen of Christmas sing her beloved holiday hits.

Despite her busy summer schedule and upcoming Christmas tour, Mariah Carey remains one of the most influential and celebrated artists in music history.

Carey’s sighting followed recent comments from her ex-partner Nick Cannon. The TV host recently spoke about his lingering feelings for his ex-wife. Despite their divorce eight years ago, Cannon, 43, has not ruled out the possibility of them being in a relationship together.

In an interview with E! Newshe expressed his deep desire to get back together with Carey, 55, the woman he was once married to for six years and with whom he has twins Moroccan and Monroe. “We belong together,” Cannon told the publication candidly, referencing one of Carey’s most famous hits. He went on to say that he would “absolutely” get back together with the legendary singer, even adding that it would be “stupid if he didn’t.”

However, Cannon also acknowledged the reality of their situation with a touch of humor, admitting, “She doesn’t want me.” This playful but bittersweet confession was followed by a joke from Cannon about the complexity of their relationship due to the large number of children he has fathered since their split. “An entire baseball team,” he quipped, referring to his 12 children.

Since their separation, Cannon has welcomed several more children into his life.
