• Brian Rose of Mount Vernon, failure to support dependents, a fifth-degree felony.
• Kenneth Shira II of Fredericktown, driving under the influence of alcohol, third-degree felony.
• Stephen Rex Jr. of Fredericktown, aggravated assault, second-degree felony; aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanor.
• Da’jon Hill of Cleveland, theft, a fifth-degree felony.
• Austin Hardy of Danville, aggravated assault, a second-degree felony.
• Larry Williamson Jr. of Fredericktown, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony; forfeiture specification on count one, a felony.
• Karraghan Peters of Mount Vernon, possession of a fentanyl-like compound, fourth-degree felony.
• Robert Lively of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, fourth-degree felony.
• Tracy Seavolt of Marengo, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
