A 43-year-old rapist with a previous conviction was sentenced in the state of Georgia after another sexual assault.

John Earl Mack of Villa Rica will spend the rest of his life behind bars for aggravated child molestation, rape and enticement of a child for indecent purposes.

According to authorities, Mack, who is a registered sex offender, was dating the victim’s mother and allegedly sexually abused the 15-year-old on multiple occasions between May 1 and May 12, 2022. He was reportedly caught when the victim’s mother heard him soliciting the minor for oral sex.

Mack was reported to the Villa Rica Police Department. The victim told police he committed the sex crimes at a residence in Fulton County and at an abandoned house in Villa Rica, where he also said he gave her drugs to smoke.

Through investigation, officials discovered that Mack had previously been convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl in New York in 2002.
