Bachelorette party goes viral thanks to epic 90s country music-style outfits

THAT is a theme I would like to see on the streets of Broadway.

In this day and age of weddings, bachelor and bachelorette culture has become a big part of wedding planning. The last hurrah before the wedding involves extravagant trips with equally over-the-top themes for each night of the trip. In many destination cities like Nashville, Las Vegas, or Miami, many of these parties take place in the bars and restaurants. Some groups of women will dress up, others will take a more comedic route with their themes.

While I like the approach of a not-so-serious bachelorette theme, I realize that walking around as founding fathers or in Goodwill wedding dresses isn’t for everyone. One bachelorette party is going viral on social media with their comedic theme, which has to be one of the best I’ve seen in a long time.

Icons of country music.

Each member of this bachelorette party dressed up as their favorite country music legend, and this group of ladies went all out on the theme, resulting in a hilarious and iconic evening. From Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, and The Judds to Hank Williams Jr. and Reba, each costume perfectly matched the character they were portraying that night.

The country icons each took a second on camera to note who they thought would be the drunkest during their night out. True to the artist’s style, many members of the group believed Hank Williams Jr. would be the drunkest after their night out. Considering the final clip of the viral TikTok shows the group on stage singing “Family Tradition” by Bocephus, I’d say their predictions may have been true.

I hope we see this Bachelorette theme more often in the future.

“This circle of friends is elite.”

“Why did I know who the person was before they said it?”

“May I be invited to the next meeting?”

“Does anyone think Hank will be the drunkest?”

“Brooks & Dunn wins, I’m dead, lol.”
