Chris Moyles has lost 6.5kg during his time on ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’

The 48-year-old star has revealed that he has lost a dramatic amount of weight during his recent appearance on the ITV show.

Chris said: “I was weighed right at the start of isolation and weighing is literally the first thing you do when you get out. You go to the doctor and they weigh you and check that you’re OK and that you’ve not lost your mind or anything. So yes, I’ve lost weight.”

When asked how much weight he had actually lost, Chris replied on Radio X: “I’ve lost 6.5 kilos.”

Chris also revealed that he would love for Jill Scott or Owen Warner to win the ITV show.

He explained: “I would be delighted if Jill won because I don’t think she has any idea how funny she is.

“She’s so quick and so funny. And we were talking about meeting up to watch one of the England games… and then going for a curry. And Babatunde’s up for it, Owen’s up for it, if Mike’s got time he’s up for it. And Jill said, ‘Oh yeah, I’m in.’ And I say, ‘Jill, if you don’t get hired as a commentator for an England game as soon as you get fired, there’s something wrong with the world,’ because she’s so funny and so sharp and she’s got no clue.

“For that reason, I would love for her to be Queen of the Jungle. And there have certainly been more Kings of the Jungle than Queens of the Jungle. But if it was King of the Jungle, I would want Owen to win because I think he would be speechless and it would mean a lot to him.”
