Bradley McIntosh would like to take part in “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” – but he is “terrified” of spiders.

The 41-year-old S Club 7 star would love to join the cast of the ITV series hosted by Ant and Dec and already has a plan to avoid having to film too many spider-filled Bushtucker Trials.

When asked if he was likely to take part in a reality show anytime soon, he told BANG Showbiz exclusively: “As a joke, I said of all the (reality shows) I would probably do the jungle.”

“I won’t tell you what I’m afraid of in case you tell them! But I don’t think it really matters because I think the public votes, right?

“I would go in there cool and just act like I’m not scared! I don’t like spiders. I don’t care what people say or how old I am, I don’t like them! It doesn’t matter how big or small they are, I don’t like them!

“But I would just take it easy and grit my teeth.

“I believe that the people who are most afraid and act most dramatically are the ones who have to overcome all the challenges.

“So I would just take it and pretend until I make it so they don’t vote for me.”

Bradley also admitted that he loves to eat, so a simple diet of rice and beans would not do him any good, but the singer would enjoy the aftereffects.

He added: “I’m a foodie too, so that’s going to be a problem! But the positive is that you’ll look great when you come back!”
