ORLANDO, Florida. – Don’t let the Muggles get you down, Orlando! Details about Epic Universe’s newest installment have finally been revealed.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic is the fifth and final land to open in 2025 at Universal Orlando Resort’s newest theme park. It also features characters from Fantastic Beaststhe spin-off prequel to Harry Potter Series.

This is not only the third theme park of the Harry Potter part – after Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure and Diagon Alley at Universal Studios – but it also includes the “most ambitious, groundbreaking ride Universal has ever created.”

Here’s what Universal Orlando Resort said about what guests can expect when they walk through the Ministry of Magic portal in Epic Universe:
“Behind the ornate portal to the world, guests first journey from a Muggle park in Paris to the stunning spectacle of 1920s Place Cachée – a hidden, bustling shopping district in Wizarding Paris, lined with Haussmannian buildings, shops, sidewalk cafes and historic Parisian domes rising in the distance. Here, wizards and non-wizards alike will be amazed by the majestic splendour and enchanting ambience of the city as they cast dazzling spells through the magical streets with interactive wands, encounter fantastical beasts in a travelling circus and – for the first time in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – travel across lands and times on the Métro Floo to 1990s London for a thrilling adventure in the iconic British Ministry of Magic.”

Harry Potter and the Battle in the Ministry: This groundbreaking attraction combines immersive environments, gripping storytelling and innovative ride technology. Guests travel on the wizarding transit Métro-Floo from Paris to the British Ministry of Magic, where they join Harry and his friends in a thrilling chase to capture Dolores Umbridge in a dynamic, action-packed adventure.

The Circus Arcanus: For the first time, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter will feature a large-scale live theatre experience featuring aerial acrobatics, puppetry and special effects. The show follows ringmaster Skender, who steals Newt Scamander’s suitcase of magical creatures, and circus worker Gwenlyn’s quest to rescue them.

Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magique: Guests can purchase exquisite wands crafted by renowned artisan Cosme Acajor at this premier Paris wand shop. The range includes unique three-sided wands in boxes as well as popular Ollivanders imports, each with a list of locations throughout the wizarding world where spells can be cast.
