The Game could give up his house to pay off million in debt from a sexual assault lawsuit

The Game could lose his house to pay the $7 million he owes to sexual assault accuser Priscilla Rainey.

AllHipHop reports that according to court documents, The Game will have to appear in court in Los Angeles on October 7 to argue whether his Calabasas mansion should not be sold to pay off his debts.

In July, U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi (who signed the above-referenced order) served a writ of garnishment with a warrant for execution on The Game and his manager, Wack 100 (by a service of agent on behalf of the judge).

In it, Rainey accused The Game of transferring the deed to his house to Wack 100 so that his accuser could not get his hands on it.

Rainey sued The Game in 2015, claiming that during the filming of the VH1 show She has play, the rapper had sexually harassed her. After Game repeatedly refused to appear in court, the judge ruled in Rainey’s favor and awarded her $7 million.

After the victory, The Game urged his fans not to listen to Rainey’s accusations.

“Any girl on this show will tell you I have never touched that girl or ever had any desire to be near her,” he wrote. “She was kicked off the show and subsequently filed this lame lawsuit, which she probably planned to do before the show even started.”

“She begged for my attention the entire time we were filming the show and was given Major League Baseball’s ultimate CURVE ball, which upset her,” he continued.

In the years since Rainey won the case, The Game has insisted he won’t pay her. In 2020, he poked fun at the situation with an Instagram post criticizing Rainey and letting everyone know what he was doing during quarantine.

“There are people out here dying of Corona and there are blogs out here creating fake stories for this Waffle House cockroach doing everything her thirsty ass can to take my money,” he wrote. “I’m enjoying my retirement!! Y’all said she got 7 million for 7 years and yet here I am, tipsy from my 5th quarantine watching Tiger King lol.”

That same year, Rainey received ownership of The Games independent record label Prolific Records as well as royalties for his latest album, Born to rap.

Because The Game did not meet the terms of the lawsuit, Rainey sued him last year and won again.

She still had a hard time getting the rapper to pay the fine. AllHipHop reported that Rainey subpoenaed his children’s school district last month to obtain documents such as proof of residency and school attendance records.
