Major sign that Princess Kate ‘could return to public life next MONTH’ proves she is ‘obviously doing much better’, says royal expert – The US Sun

PRINCESS Kate could return to work as early as next month after “drawing on her reserves” and tapping into her “inner core of steel”, a royal expert has said.

Respected royal author Phil Dampier said the Princess of Wales’s upcoming Balmoral trip could mean royal fans will be back in the public spotlight this autumn.

The expert also told The Sun that Kate is probably the “stronger of the two figures” when it comes to her husband William.

The Queen had previously announced her cancer diagnosis via video message in March and has since largely withdrawn from public life during her treatment.

Kate has attended two public events since announcing her health problems.

She beamed at Trooping the Colour in June as royal fans erupted in cheers upon her arrival.

And the following month, the Princess received a standing ovation at the Wimbledon men’s final.

Mr Dampier said: “It’s a very good sign that we’ve seen Kate twice in the last few weeks, first at Trooping the Colour and then at Wimbledon, so she’s clearly doing a lot better.

“It shows that she is clearly on the road to recovery and will hopefully be active again in about a month, in the fall.

“We can expect her to gradually start making public appearances again, but as I said, that will depend entirely on medical advice.”

Regarding William and Kate as a couple during their cancer diagnosis, the royal expert said: “I’m sure William was very shocked when Kate was first diagnosed with cancer because for anyone of that age, a cancer diagnosis is obviously a huge shock and a huge worry.”

The expert believes that the prince received the shocking news on the day he left the memorial to the late Greek King Constantine.

Princess Kate is confident and optimistic at Wimbledon, while “wing girl” Charlotte follows her example, says body language expert

“I think Kate has a kind of inner core of steel. She’s quite a steely character and I think she reminds me a bit of the youngest Prince Philip,” the expert continued.

“I think she has a kind of inner strength and I think she draws on those reserves a lot and I think she’s probably the stronger personality of the two, even though she’s the one with the disease. In many ways she’s going to be the stronger of the two when it comes to getting through this and most of all she wants to be strong for her children, of course.

“She wants them to know that she’s going to be OK and I’m sure that’s on her mind. If she’s strong enough to deal with it, that will rub off on William and of course on the children.”

“Well on the way to recovery”

However, there are reports that the royal mother of three may miss a family holiday with Wills, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – which could be cause for concern.

I think if William actually goes on holiday with the children without Kate, then it shows that she obviously still has a long way to go.

The family is known to take trips to the Isles of Scilly in Cornwall and enjoy the privacy of secluded beaches – in addition to the royal family’s summer vacation at Balmoral.

But Kate may break with tradition this year as part of her ongoing treatment.

“I believe she will go to Balmoral with William and her children George, Charlotte and Louis,” said Mr Dampier.

The short break in Balmoral offers the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with King Charles, Queen Camilla and other members of the royal family.

Kate’s participation was confirmed last week. It will be her longest trip abroad since her cancer diagnosis.

Of all the royal properties, Balmoral Castle was considered the Queen’s favorite residence because it was where members of the royal family met during the summer and enjoyed various activities together.

Balmoral Castle

BALMORAL Castle is a large manor house in Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, near the village of Crathie.

The huge estate is located 6.2 miles west of Ballater and 6.8 miles east of Braemar.

The estate and castle are privately owned by the royal family and are not the property of the Crown.

Since the existing house on site was too small, the royal family bought the property in 1852.

The construction of today’s Balmoral Castle was commissioned in its place.

The architect was William Smith of Aberdeen, but his designs were modified by Prince Albert.

Historic Scotland has classified the castle as a Category A listed building.

The new castle was completed in 1856 and the old castle was demolished shortly afterwards.

The Balmoral estate has been expanded by several members of the royal family, so that today it covers an area of approximately 20,000 hectares.

In addition to the main castle, there are 150 other buildings on the estate, including Birkhall, King Charles’s estate, Craigowan Lodge and several other cottages.

Balmoral is a working estate with grouse moorland, forestry and arable land, as well as working herds of deer, highland cattle and ponies.

Since 1987, the back of the Royal Bank of Scotland’s 100 pound notes has featured an image of the castle.

The purple banknotes have the highest denomination of those issued by the Royal Bank of Scotland and are still in production.

This includes fishing, hunting, picnicking and barbecuing, as well as meeting members of the royal family they may not have seen in a long time.

The royal expert continued: “But it is somewhat worrying if these reports are true that William wants to take the children with him, possibly to the Isles of Scilly or Cornwall, and she may not be able to come.”

“This shows that she may not be completely out of the woods yet. She is still undergoing treatment and needs to take it easy and rest according to the doctors’ instructions.

“I think this is good news and a little bit worrying. But I’m sure you know that she is on the road to recovery and will do what the doctors tell her.”

‘DOWN TO EARTH’

Speaking about previous family holidays, Mr Dampier said: “We have seen William and Kate travelling quite often in economy class and with their children.”

“And I think they’re very down to earth in that respect, in stark contrast to Harry and Meghan, who tend to take private jets on the side.

“I think if William actually goes on holiday with the children without Kate, then that shows that she obviously still has a long way to go.

“To be honest, I wasn’t really expecting to see her this summer and I was quite surprised that she went to Trooping the Colour.”

Mr Dampier also spoke about Kate’s family and how they provide an excellent support network to aid her recovery.

Previously, reports said that the princess would “love” to take part in the Olympic Games in Paris following her recent public appearances.

According to the Express, the Princess of Wales can hardly wait to travel to the French capital with her family and watch the sporting events.

Kensington Palace has not confirmed her attendance as Kate is currently undergoing preventative cancer treatment after being diagnosed earlier this year.
