Sixty Vines, the restaurant known for its revolutionary wine on tap program and vineyard-inspired menu, has announced the opening of its first Miami location at Miami World Center. Located at 150 NE Eighth St., the new restaurant invites guests to sample and enjoy 60 different wines on tap selected from wine regions around the world.

With over 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and 250 seats, the new restaurant is designed to transport guests to wine country. The restaurant features several private event spaces perfect for celebrations. With a “pinky fingers down” approach to wine, Sixty Vines invites guests to find the perfect tipple for their palate. It offers wine by the flight, by the half glass, by the glass or by the bottle.

“We are ready to share our vineyard-inspired atmosphere with Miami,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “We are on a mission to reinvent wine culture, and our experience is designed to be accessible and fun, creating an adventure with every visit.”

Sixty Vines offers an innovative and sustainable approach to wine dispensing. Each keg holds 26 bottles and can be reused around 1,500 times during its lifetime. This eco-friendly tapping system not only reduces waste and protects the planet, but also offers guests the best wine experience “on tap”.

Open for brunch, lunch and dinner, Sixty Vines offers fresh, communal dishes that perfectly complement each glass. The inventive international menu celebrates seasonal flavors using locally sourced ingredients. House specialties include individual charcuterie boards, fresh salads, sandwiches and hand-formed pizza. Main courses include varied dishes such as Atlantic salmon, pan-fried chicken, double cabernet burger and wood-grilled bavette steak. Popular desserts include sticky toffee cake and deviled afogato.

By partnering with many of the world’s finest winemakers, Sixty Vines offers exclusive wines not normally available by the glass. Despite its world-class wine selection, Sixty Vines maintains a casual atmosphere and welcomes guests for everything from multi-course wine dinners to a quick glass of wine and a snack during a shopping break.

Sixty Vines is open for lunch and dinner daily, Tuesday through Sunday, and offers a fantastic champagne brunch on Sundays. For more information, visit www.sixtyvines.com. Self-parking and valet parking are available.
