Joanna Page would “never” appear on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”

The 45-year-old actress is best known for her role alongside Mathew Horne in sitcom Gavin and Stacey, but said she would never be able to take part in ITV’s jungle reality show – which sees famous faces endure life in the Australian jungle for three weeks – although she would “love” to take part in Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins and enjoys new game show The Traitors on BBC One.

She said: “If they ever bring Survivor back, I’d love to do that. And at the moment I love The Traitors. What I love are the trials you have to pass. Although I could never do I’m A Celeb, with the eating of the entrails and all that. I’d also love to try SAS: Who Dares Wins. I think I’d have the mental strength and determination to see it through to the end.”

Meanwhile, the ‘Masked Dancer’ star added that it would be “wonderful” to return to her role as Stacey in the BBC sitcom – which originally aired from 2007 to 2010 and returned with a one-off special over Christmas 2019 – but admitted she has “no idea” if it will ever happen.

Asked if there would ever be another festive edition of the show, she replied in the Metro newspaper’s Sixty Seconds column: “Well, I don’t know because they never tell us. But, oh my God, it would be wonderful to do that.”
