Kelly Brook had a “honeymoon from hell” with her husband Jeremy Parisi.

The 44-year-old model and her 39-year-old husband had never taken a honeymoon since their wedding in Italy two years ago, so they jumped at the chance when they were asked to take part in Race Across The World.
Although she flew to South America for the show, Kelly admitted that things didn’t always go smoothly for her and Jeremy.
She told Closer magazine: “We hadn’t had a honeymoon yet and I said to Jeremy we should consider this as a fun alternative, a once in a lifetime experience. Sometimes it was a honeymoon from hell – sometimes it was just glorious. It has to be the most unforgettable honeymoon ever.”
Kelly admitted that the show revealed Jeremy’s competitive side to her while he learned more about her bad temper.
She said: “I didn’t realise how ambitious he was, like, insanely ambitious. For me it’s much more about the experience. I think I got on his nerves because he was flat out ahead. If Jeremy had done the race on his own he would have done it in a week. I slowed him down a bit and said let’s do a Brazilian barbecue one day or go to the beach.
“Sometimes I was grumpy – we didn’t know where we would sleep every night – but I think he was surprised at how strong I was. Sometimes I carried both our bags. In the end you’re like machines, we were like little ninjas running around South America.”
