Get ready, anime fans – Anime NYC is here! Whether you’re watching the sixth season of HunterXHuntercurrently eating and snacking Dungeon in the dining room or have you binged your way through Studio Ghibli’s films and still want more? This celebration of Japanese pop culture holds a special place in the hearts of anime fans around the world. Anime NYC 2024 will take place from August 23 to 25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. one of the biggest anime events of the year in the heart of New York City.
The development of Anime NYC
Since its launch in 2017, Anime NYC has grown tremendously and has quickly become a must-attend event for otaku, manga fans, and J-culture lovers. What began as a dream to bring world-class Japanese entertainment to the heart of New York City has grown into a three-day extravaganza that draws tens of thousands of fans each year. Last year, 63,000 fans from around the world attended the three-day convention.
Anime NYC 2024 will expand once again, now using the entire main building of the Javits Center – 250,000 square feet more than last year. This massive growth means more exhibitions, more Anime NYC panels, more screenings, and more opportunities for you to immerse yourself in the world of anime.
