23-year-old injured in ATV accident – Post Bulletin

NEW HARTFORD TOWNSHIP, Minn. – A woman was injured in a one-car crash on Interstate 90 when part of a towed ATV struck another vehicle near New Hartford Township in Winona County at approximately 1:38 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024.

A 2022 Ford F150 was towing an ATV when the ATV’s seat came loose and struck the windshield of a 2021 Toyota Rav 4. Both the Ford and Toyota were traveling eastbound on Interstate 90 when the incident occurred.

The Ford driver, 43-year-old Daniel James Larson of Stewartville, was uninjured.

The Toyota driver, Peace Munachimso Oguachuba, 23, of Fitchburg, Minnesota, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Gunderson Lutheran in La Crosse.

According to an accident report from the Minnesota State Patrol, the Dakota Fire Department also arrived at the scene.
