MANSFIELD – The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is asking the public for help in locating four people for its “Fugitives of the Week” list.

The previous name “Most Wanted” was changed to “Refugees of the Week” at the request of the local authorities.

A reward is offered for information that leads directly to an arrest.

David Green

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive David Greene.

Greene is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office as a sex offender for lack of address verification.

Greene, 38, is described as a white man with brown hair and hazel eyes and is 6 feet tall.

Greene has ties to the cities of Mansfield and Galion.

Tracy Baker

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Tracy Baker.

Baker is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for drug possession.

Baker is described as a 5’4″ white woman with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Baker has ties to the cities of Mansfield and Edison.

Stephanie Talley

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Stephanie Talley.

Talley is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for failure to register as a sex offender.

Talley, 36, is described as a 5-foot-3 white woman with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Talley has ties to the city of Mansfield.

Richard Meck III

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Richard Meck III.

Meck III is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for burglary.

Meck III, 32, is described as a white man with brown hair and blue eyes and is 5 feet 8 inches tall.

Meck III has connections to the cities of Mansfield and Crestline.
