Women’s gymnastics | 14 August

DeKalb, Illinois – The Northern Illinois University gymnastics team was recognized by the Women’s College Gymnastics Association (WCGA) for its academic achievements in 2024.

The Huskies achieved a team GPA of 3.725 last year, which was 15th.^th the highest in the country, while 19 individuals received awards.

Eight of the 19 Huskies named to the WCGA Scholastic All-American list earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average in ’23-’24. NCAA Regional Qualifier Alyssa Al-Ashari And Kiera O’Shea Both achieved a perfect grade point average during their nursing studies. Grace HumphrysIsabella

Horse, Isabelle West, Maddy Kees, Olivia Lynn And Savannah West has also achieved perfect grade point averages.
