Nationwide — Meet Gabby, a 15-year-old high school student in the Texas foster care system who is looking for her forever family. Although she goes through some difficult times, she remains optimistic and fashion-forward.

Gabby is known for her bubbly personality and sense of humor. She has a passion for fashion and loves to accessorize, always making sure her outfit is perfect.

“When you go out in a hood and pajamas, I feel like you’re not really representing your home. But I’ve always been like that,” Gabby told KENS5. “I have to wear a new outfit everywhere I go.”

From her bows and jewelry to her fashionable clothing, Gabby takes pride in her appearance. She believes that confidence starts with how you look and feel.

Gabby also has her eyes on her future. She works hard in her online courses and dreams of going to law school. Her goal is to work in a correctional facility and better understand the justice system.

“I’ve been through a lot. I always thought the police were bad, so I wanted to see the diversity on both sides,” Gabby said.

Gabby hopes to find a family that will support her in pursuing her dreams. She wants a place she can call home, especially during college and beyond.

“When I go to college, I can have a home that I can go to when I come home from school and stuff. When I come home for visits and for Christmas and all kinds of other stuff,” Gabby said.
