Mario Fenmin Barrios60, Port Arthur, Texas – Driving under the influence of alcohol, fourth offense; driving on a roadway reserved for traffic; operating a vehicle with a suspended license; vehicle owner attempting to obtain registration; assault on a police officer; resisting an officer.
