The picture is heartbreaking.

An 11-year-old boy, barely four feet tall and dressed as if he were playing in a youth soccer game, is arrested by New York police after allegedly committing a brutal robbery.

And he wasn’t just an accomplice. He was the “main aggressor,” hitting the victim when she tried to get her phone back.

The Biden-Harris administration and liberal laws are directly responsible for this tragedy.

Our open borders have become an invitation for gangs from Venezuela to set up shop in hotel rooms paid for by New York taxpayers and then send their members out to shoplift or steal handbags from scooters. The youth are carefully taught violence and theft.

They are also taught what idiots New Yorkers are. Adult are rarely charged with theft, never go to prison, and are never at risk of deportation. So what are the chances that a child will face any consequences? None.

The child welfare agency is overwhelmed, understaffed, and poisoned by an ideology that says children should never be separated from their parents, no matter how terrible the environment.

The Democrats have not given any thought at all to how millions of migrants should be integrated into society. In fact encourage illegal behavior, such as working without a permit or visa.

Our hotels have become Dickensian tragedies, with bloodthirsty cartels and criminal children.

This poor child is a victim. The person who was beaten and robbed was a victim. We are all victims of a perverse system promoted by our leaders who couldn’t care less about any of us.
