👀 Who is on the Senior Bowl watch list?

After “an initial eight months of video study and valuable input from coaches to identify the ‘best of the best’ draft prospects at every level of college football,” Reese’s Senior Bowl has announced its 2025 watch list.

This year’s 12th The annual list includes an all-time record of 859 candidates. This total is up significantly from previous years due to the addition of new specialists and junior students, and many fifth and sixth graders looking to take advantage of their extra Covid year of eligibility.

Following a decision made by the National Football League last November, all college players who play three years after high school are now eligible to enter the NFL Draft. As a result, the Senior Bowl Watchlist for the first time includes 81 junior players identified by staff as potential early draft candidates.

Nine UNC players, eight NC State players and three Duke players were named to the 2025 Senior Bowl Watchlist.

Reese’s Senior Bowl is widely considered the preeminent All-Star game in college football and the first stop in the NFL Draft process. The longest continuously running All-Star Game has been held in Mobile for the past 74 years. More than 900 NFL personnel, including key decision makers from all 32 teams, and over 1,100 media members from across the country were accredited last year. In each of the past three years, Reese’s Senior Bowl has drafted 100 or more players and over 40 percent of the entire draft class, both of which are record numbers for any All-Star Game.
